PASADENA – Bayport Logistics Park’s first tenant has signed a long-term lease for 465,851 total sf and will occupy two buildings across 30.5 acres, both of which will be built-to-suit and situated in the northern portion of the park.
The tenant will occupy buildings 2 and 3.
Building 2 is rail-served and will have a 36’ clear height, a building feature that is virtually non-existent in the southeast submarket, and building 3 will have a 32’ clear height.
Both facilities will have state-of-the-art safety features including ESFR sprinkler systems and TPO roof systems.
