ARLINGTON – A second major shipping hub has landed along I-20 in Arlington.
FedEx has leased a 365,000-sf warehouse under construction between I-20 and Bardin Rd. near New York Ave.
The FedEx center, which will open in 2018, is in the same area where UPS recently announced plans for a huge distribution center.
FedEx is renting the new warehouse space from Liberty Property Trust, which is developing the building.
