PFLUGERVILLE – Flooring Services Southwest is relocating its Central Texas headquarters from Austin to Pflugerville’s 130 Commerce Center after closing on a 30-acre tract in the southern portion of the Commerce Center. 
The project’s first phase entails a 187,000-sf facility with office space and a large warehouse.
A second phase includes a 73,000-sf facility for stone countertop fabrication.
Once completed, the $20 million facility will host 140 jobs, with an extra 60 jobs estimated within the next five years.
Flooring Services Southwest is just one of numerous companies that have relocated to 130 Commerce Center within the past decade.
The 168-acre business center at the southwest corner of Texas 130 and Pecan St. is near buildout, with only 28 acres not under contract, sold or under construction.
