DALLAS – Shared office provider WeWork has opened its downtown Dallas location, which the firm says will be its "Southern headquarters."
WeWork rented 84,000 sf of office space in the Thanksgiving Tower on Elm St.The new facility is planned to serve up to 1,600 workers in everything from shared workstations to private offices.
Monthly costs for the coworking facility start at $250.
The Thanksgiving Tower office is WeWork’s second Dallas location. In January 2017 the firm opened a smaller Uptown office expected to service up to 850 workers.
WeWork has announced plans for another location in Plano’s $3 billion Legacy West development.
