TYLER – Greater Tyler Association of Realtors (GTAR) has released home sales data for January 2015.
• The median price of existing single-family homes decreased 15 percent from December 2014 to $136,000.
• Existing single-family home sales dropped 27.1 percent from December 2014 with 237 sold units.
• Median price of condos dropped to $141,250, down 12.3 percent from December 2014.
• Existing condo sales decreased 50.0 percent from December 2014, totaling two sold units.
