BRYAN – For the second time in less than a decade, the Texas Transportation Institute at Texas A&M University will be getting a new headquarters.

In April, the A&M System regents gave the $70 million, 190,000-sf building on the RELLIS campus the green light. Construction is set to begin this summer.

TTI’s existing $18.8 million headquarters was built in 2008. The Colleges of Economics and Political Science will move into the three-building, 66,000-sf facility when TTI’s new headquarters is complete in December 2018.
