Pflugerville floored by $20 million campus

​​PFLUGERVILLE – ​​Flooring Services Southwest, a subsidiary of Dallas-based FS Builder Resources, has broken ground on a $20 million campus at 130 Commerce Center.

Phase one of the campus, which is on Impact Way near E. Pecan St. and SH 130, will be a 187,000-sf facility with office space, a large warehouse for building materials, and the first regional design and lighting gallery in Texas. The second phase will have 73,000 sf for stone countertop fabrication.

Flooring Services Southwest purchased the 30-acre tract ​from PCDC in November​. Half the acreage will be saved for future growth.​​​​​​

The campus will open with 140 jobs and expand to 200 ​in the next five years.
