Office building near Six Flags trades hands

​​​​​​ARLINGTON – Arbor Hui LLC has purchased the 113,500-sf Arbors at Brookhollow building on eight acres at 2201 E. Lamar Blvd. near I-30.

Built in 1999, the office property is more than three quarters leased to tenants including Xerox and Farmer’s Insurance. The building includes an underground parking garage.
