HOUSTON – Whitestone REIT has acquired BLVD Place, a 216,944-sf, mixed-use property in the Galleria/Uptown neighborhood, for $158 million.
The purchase also includes 1.4 acres for the development of a six-story, mixed-use building featuring 46,000 sf of retail space and 91,000 sf of office space.
BLVD Place is 99 percent leased by tenants such as Whole Foods Market, Frost Bank, and Verizon Wireless.
