​​HOUSTON – ​​Whitestone REIT has acquired BLVD Place, a 216,944-sf, mixed-use property in the Galleria/Uptown neighborhood, for $158 million.

The purchase also includes 1.4 acres for the development of a six-story, mixed-use building featuring 46,000 sf of retail space and 91,000 sf of office space.

BLVD Place i​s 99 percent leased by tenants such as Whole Foods Market, Frost Bank, and Verizon Wireless.
