HOUSTON – Arrimus Capital has acquired Campus Vue, a 465-bed Class A student housing property adjacent to the University of Houston (UH).
The property is composed of 145 units within two five-story buildings, and is 96 percent occupied.
The deal is part of a larger move. Arrimus has closed more than $100 million in student housing properties since February 2017.
