Historic Houston Heights shopping district, Houston, TX, March 2017 Stephanie Sellers—AlamyHOUSTON AREA – College graduates in the Houston area may not have to send their resumes too far to land a job, a recent survey shows.

Money, a sister publication of Time, crunched the numbers and ranked the American cities with cheap rent and good jobs hiring recent graduates.

Naturally, multiple Texas cities landed on the ranking, since housing is affordable with the average income expected for a recent college graduate.

The Woodlands, Houston and Sugar Land were clumped together as the best city in America for new graduates.
