ARLINGTON – Investors have purchased an Arlington office building located a stone throw from Six Flags Over Texas.
Private investment group Arbor Hui LLC bought the 113,500-sf Arbors at Brookhollow building located at 2201 E. Lamar Blvd near I-30.
The office property is more than three quarters leased to tenants including Xerox and Farmer’s Insurance.
The building has underground parking and is on an almost eight-acre site, and is located near the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Park and the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium.
