DALLAS – A global real estate investment firm, Apex Pacific Partners, acquired Parkway Office Center, a two nine-story office building complex at 14180 North Dallas Pkwy., which totals 229,466 sf of rentable real estate.
Apex Pacific Partners has hired CBRE to lease the office complex, which is about 90 percent occupied.
The property is the corporate home of Capital Senior Living and Gulf Coast Western. It sits one mile north of LBJ Fwy., with a multi-level parking garage and surface parking lot.
