Amara Apartments break ground

SAN ANTONIO – Oden Hughes LLC and Desarrollos Delta have broken ground on the 308-unit Amara Apartments on the city’s far northwest side.

Scheduled to open in mid-2018, the 23-acre project at 19327 Talavera Ridge will be the latest addition to the 700-acre mixed-use development The Rim.

Amara will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from nearly 600 to 1,365 sf.

Oden Hughes Construction is the general contractor. Kelly Grossman Architects designed the project. Oden Hughes Management will handle leasing and management.
