Student housing planned near Sam Houston State

​​HUNTSVILLE – Atlanta-based Stonemont Financial Group is developing The Armory at Sam Houston, a 502-bed student housing community near Sam Houston State University.

The property, which will also include a seven-story parking garage, is scheduled to open in fall 2018. 

Temple-based MW Builders is the general contractor​, and Denver-based Cardinal Management Group will lease and manage the property.
