SPRING – A loan has been secured to construct CityPlace 2, a 327,000-sf Class A office building, located in CityPlace, a 60-acre mixed-use community.
CityPlace 2 is scheduled for completion in 2018 and is 100 percent leased to American Bureau of Shipping.
The Class A office building will also include 24,000 sf of ground level retail space, as well as a restaurant and a parking garage for employees and visitors.
