Fort Worth getting a Majestic addition

​​FORT WORTH – California-based Majestic Realty Co. is developing a 320-acre, master-planned business park. ​​

Located about 2.5 miles south of the I-20 and I-35 interchange, Majestic Fort Worth South Business Park will feature over six million sf of office, industrial, and administrative space.

Phase I, which will deliver 1.8 million sf of industrial space across 110 acres, is scheduled for a June 2018 completion.​
