DALLAS – LBA Realty has purchased 4895 Mountain Creek, a 192,260-sf industrial building, from the Courtland Group.
The facility was built in 2016 by Courtland Development and is leased to Cummins Inc. It is at 4895 Mountain Creek Pkwy. in the Mountain Creek Industrial Park off I-20.
CBRE arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller.
