FORT WORTH – Majestic Realty Co., in a partnership with Fort Worth-based Hickman Cos., has unveiled development plans to build a 320-acre business park in south Fort Worth.
Upon completion, the new business park—called Majestic Fort Worth South Business Park—near I-20 and I-35 is expected to include more than 6 million sf of office, industrial and distribution space.The initial phase of the Majestic Fort Worth South Business Park is expected to sit on 110 acres and will include a total of 1.8 million sf of industrial space in a multi-building park.
The multiple buildings could accommodate users from 35,000 sf to 1.2 million sf.
This phase is slated for completion June 2018, with the venture marketing built-to-suit options.
