FRISCO – A luxury high-rise condo tower at the Dallas Cowboys’ Star mixed-use project has been approved to be the first residential building in the 100-acre development.
The planned tower is going to be located at the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Pkwy., becoming the first high rise in Frisco.
There will be approximately 150 to 160 units with an average size of 1,200 sf.
The $1.5 billion Star includes:
- Dallas Cowboys team headquarters and practice facility;
- 12,000-seat Ford Center athletic and event venue;
- multi-tenant office building;
- high-rise Omni Hotel;
- sports medical center;
- shops and restaurants.
Dallas Cowboys’ owner Jerry Jones, former Cowboys’ star quarterback Roger Staubach and developer Robert Shaw propose to build the 17-story condos.
