HARKER HEIGHTS – Stillhouse Flats apartments on Farm-to-Market (FM) 3481 at the Cedar Knob Rd. junction in Harker Heights will open in June 2017.
The affordable apartment complex will have 96 units and six buildings with two and three stories. The complex was developed by Pinnacle Homes.
The development is funded by a federal income tax credit purchased by Wells Fargo.
The first building in the complex was completed in April, and the entire complex is expected to be done by June 2017.
