NTREIS: Mansfield, Midlothian, Hurst, Granbury home sales

​​​​DFW AREA – April 2017 housing statistics have been released by North Texas Real Estate Information System (NTREIS).

The data compares price changes from the previous year for DFW area single-family homes.

The report also includes the median price and number of units sold in April 2017.

Quick facts include:

• The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $235,000 up 4.0 percent vs Mar-17.

• Existing single-family home sales decreased 4.9 percent from Mar-17 for a Apr-17 total of 7,369 sold units.

• Condos increased in price to $200,000 up 5.3 percent vs Mar-17.​

• Existing condo sales decreased 11.9 percent in Apr-17 over Mar-17 for a total of 475 sold units.​​​
