510-Unit Westchase District complex sells

​HOUSTON – City West, a 510-unit garden-style apartment complex near the intersection of Westheimer Rd. and Hayes Rd. in the Westchase District, has changed hands.

The Class A property, built in the late 1990s, features a swimming pool, clubhouse, business center, picnic area, volleyball court, fitness center and controlled-access gates.

The apartment complex units will receive an interior upgrade of new appliances, kitchen backsplash, granite countertops, higher-end fixtures, lights and ceiling fans and engineered wood floors and paint.​
