LUBBOCK - The top subdivisions for the number of permits issued within a city’s limits were predominately located in the South & Southwest portions of Lubbock County with North Pointe being the exception, according to TitleOne's 2014 Report.

For the fourth consecutive year, Springfield has been the top subdivision as to the number of permits issued.

Five of the top subdivisions are priced in the $250,000-$400,000 range indicating an increased demand for this product.
