LEWISVILLE – A technology service provider with global revenue of more than $9 billion per year will close its Lewisville location.

World Wide Technology Inc. notified the Texas Workforce Commission of the impending closing of the location at 2525 E SH 121 in late April 2017.
The private company said the move is “due to market conditions,” and that 156 people will be laid off.
Businesses that make significant cuts are required by the Federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act to notify the state.
