FORT WORTH – Trammell Crow Co. and PGIM Real Estate have kicked off construction on Phase II of the venture’s 35-Eagle industrial park project.
The first phase is located at 15001-15201 Heritage Pky.
Phase II will bring 1.6 million sf of industrial space to North Texas.
At build-out, the 106-acre phase will include three buildings:
- Building A: a nearly 1.1 million-sf cross-dock warehouse;
- Building H: a 312,654-sf rear-load warehouse; and
- Building J: a 233,961-sf cross-dock warehouse.
The three buildings at the northwest corner of I-35W and Eagle Pkwy. are slated for completion in late 2017.
