Leasing starts at the Kirby Collection

​​​HOUSTON – Apartment leasing has begun at the Kirby Collection, a 1 million-sf luxury mixed-use project at 3200 Kirby Dr.

The 385,000-sf tower will have 199 rental units, composed of 21 different floor plans.

One-bedroom units range from 1,015 sf to 1,136 sf, while two-bedroom units are up to 1,796 sf.

Other types of floor plans include two-story garden lofts ranging from 1,721 sf to 3,560 sf, townhomes of up to 1,849 sf and penthouses ranging from 1,884 sf to 2,917 sf.​
