TOMBALL – A new neighborhood, named Alexander Estates, is slated for development along Hufsmith-Kohrville Rd. after receiving approval during the April 17, 2017, Tomball City Council meeting.
The new neighborhood will encompass 70 acres and accommodate 251 homes.
Planned neighborhood amenities include varying lot sizes, recreational areas, a pocket park, and a large drainage pond to help alleviate flooding in nearby neighborhoods.
