DALLAS – Cawley Partners has broken ground on the first phase of the two-building Fourteen555 office project at 14555 Dallas Pkwy.
The first six-story, 240,000-sf office building is being built on the west side of the Dallas North Tollway, north of Spring Valley Ln.
Houston-based Occidental Petroleum’s chemical division has preleased about half of the new building, which will open in September 2018.
First United Bank provided construction financing for the project, which was designed by architect BOKA Powell. Hill & Wilkinson is the general contractor.
