​HOUSTON AREA – Dirt Cheap, a deep-discount chain, has inked deals to open its first three stores in the Houston market.

The leases include:

  • ​24,000 sf at Fairmont-Preston Plaza, 4801 Fairmont Pkwy. in Pasadena;​
  • 27,927 sf at Westfield Shopping Center, 310 FM 1960 West in Spring; and
  • ​25,483 sf at Meadow Park Shopping Center, 2625 Bypass 35 North in Alvin.

The first store will open in spring during summer 2017, followed by Alvin and then Pasadena later in 2017.​

The chain sells name-brand merchandise at 30 to 90 percent off regular retail prices.​
