283 Homes to Wedgewood Forest

​​CONROE – Development has started on the Wedgewood Forest community.

Planned for 283 homes, Wedgewood Forest is being developed on 111 acres north of Hwy. 105 at Wedgewood Park, about midway between Lake Conroe and I-45.

The first phase will incorporate a two-acre lake in a park with a tennis court.

Home prices are expected to start around $250,000.​
