​​​​​​​SAN ANTONIO – Here are five development projects moving through the city’s pipeline that are worth keeping an eye on.

Pearl’s Sarma redevelopment

Silver Ventures is developing a 3.13-acre site with two buildings on 1801 Broadway Ave that will add 354,000 sf of office space.

An anchor tenant is set to occupy the ten-story, 221,000-sf tower accompanied by a six-story, 123,000-sf property.

Thompson Hotel and Arts Residences

Developer DC Partners will deliver a mixed luxury hotel and condominium tower along the River Walk, bringing on architecture Powers Brown Architecture for an out-of-the-box design.

REM Hospitality’s mixed office and hotel tower

Local developer, REM Hospitality, is producing a mixed office-hotel project just north of the Cathedral of San Fernando.

The Cambria-branded boutique hotel will include 50,000 sf of office space, and retail space for an upscale restaurant.

Frost Tower

The 24-story Frost Tower expects to shatter through the downtown office market, as there are high expectations for the Class AA building.

GrayStreet’s Kress, former children’s museum overhaul

GrayStreet Partners has already started work on combining the Kress Building and former children’s museum along Houston Street and will produce a food hall available to the public.
