​​HUMBLE – The Humblewood Shopping Center has changed hands.

The shopping center provides 172,897 sf of retail space and is anchored by Petco, Sketchers and Conn’s Home Plus.

The center, located at 19661 US ​59, is just south of Deerbrook Mall.​

Sembler Co. and Forge Capital Partners bought the shopping center from Weingarten Realty Investors.​
