Ross Dress for Less to increase Houston footprint

​​HOUSTON AREA – Ross Stores is expanding in the Houston market, building upon 51 Ross Dress for Less locations and 16 dd’s Discounts.

Ross Dress for Less has leased 25,000 sf in 336 Marketplace, a 102-acre retail development at Loop 336 and I-45 North in Conroe.

Opening is planned in late February 2018.

Additionally, Ross Dress for Less plans to open in Grand Parkway Marketplace in spring during July 2017, and in Valley Ranch Town Center in New Caney and Aliana Marketplace in Richmond during October 2017.

The average store size is 30,000 sf for Ross Dress for Less and 22,000 sf for dd’s.​
