ALLEN – Two developers are teaming on an Allen mixed-use development that will bring a new shopping center and hundreds of apartments.
Called Cornerstone Village @ Allen, it’s one of several new developments kicking off in the Collin County city north of Dallas.
The 60-acre project is located on SH 121 and Custer Rd. and is a project of High Street Residential and RPS Development.
The restaurant portion of the development will have 23 retail and restaurant buildings totaling more than 342,000 sf.
Along with the retail, 638 apartments will be built in a series of three- and-four story buildings on the east side of the development.
