More Uptown rentals planned

​​DALLAS – Mill Creek Residential Trust and Abington Properties are developing a 190-unit multifamily project at Hall and Howell Streets in the Uptown district.

The seven-story Modera Howell will have a rooftop pool deck, fitness studio, landscaped courtyard with outdoor kitchen and dining area, business center,​ and three levels of underground parking.

UMB Bank is financing the project.
