HOUSTON – Skanska has started construction on Capitol Tower, a 35-story downtown office development.

​​Bank of America will anchor the tower, leasing 210,000 sf. JLL represented Bank of America, which will move into the new building in the first half of 2019.

CBRE represented Skanska in lease negotiations

Designed by Gensler, Capitol ​​Tower has 754,000 sf of office space and more than 26,000 sf of retail and restaurant space.

T​​he tower will be connected to the downtown tunnel system.
