CARROLLTON – Chicago-based Stoneleigh Cos. and partner Realty Capital Management have broken ground on a 234-unit apartment complex.
Switchyard Apartments is at 1199 N. Broadway St. The four-story building, which will be next to a Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) station, will offer units ranging from 525 to 1,262 sf.
