​HOUSTON – Bank of America Corp. has signed a lease for a total of 210,000 sf, including 205,000 sf of office space and 5,000 sf of retail space in Capitol Tower in downtown Houston. 

Bank of America is expected to move into the tower in first half 2019.
The tower will be on the site of the former Houston Club Building at 811 Rusk St., bound by Capitol, Rusk, Milam and Travis streets downtown. ​
The tower is expected to be completed during second quarter 2019.
The bank currently is the anchor tenant at Bank of America Center at 700 Louisiana in downtown Houston.​
