AUSTIN – March 2017 housing statistics have been released by the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR).

Below is a sample of the report released April 10, 2017.

The report includes the median price and number of units sold as well as price and sales changes in March 2017.

Quick facts:

The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $289,900 up 3.5 percent vs Mar-16.
Existing single-family home sales increased 30.8 percent from Mar-16 for a Mar-17 total of 2,121 sold units.
Condos increased in price to $243,917 up 1.6 percent vs Mar-16.
Existing condo sales increased 38.2 percent in Mar-17 over Mar-16 for a total of 275 sold units.
