HOUSTON AREA – March 2017 housing statistics have been released by Houston Association of Realtors (HAR).
The data compares price changes and sales changes from the previous year for Houston area single-family homes.
The report also includes the median price and number of units sold in March 2017.
Quick facts include:
- The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $227,130 up 2.0 percent vs Feb-17.
- Existing single-family home sales increased 36.7 percent from Feb-17 for a Mar-17 total of 6,862 sold units.
- Condos increased in price to $329,500 up 13.6 percent vs Feb-17.
- Existing condo sales increased 47.8 percent in Mar-17 over Feb-17 for a total of 68 sold units.
