SPRING – EPR Properties has purchased Wet ‘n’ Wild SplashTown from Florida-based CNL Lifestyle Properties Inc.
The new owner kept Premier Parks LLC as the operator of the water park with a 40-year lease.
Located at 21300 I-45, the 80-acre Wet ‘n’ Wild SplashTown will open for the 2017 season at 10 a.m. on May 6.
