SPRING – Wet ‘n’ Wild SplashTown, located at 21300 I-45 North, is under new ownership, but will continue to operate as usual.
EPR Properties has purchased the water park in a deal that retains Premier Parks as the operator along with 11 other theme and water parks under a 40-year operating lease.
