HOUSTON – Hines’ 609 Main—the 1,050,000-sf tower in downtown Houston—is set to have its first tenant move in soon: Hines.
The Houston-based developer’s U.S. Southwest Region office, which currently occupies 24,494 sf at 811 Main in BG Group Place, will relocate to roughly 28,000 sf in 609 Main on April 22, 2017.
Hines will move onto the 44th floor of 609 Main.
A building permit filed with the City of Houston listed the cost of buildout for the space as $2.5 million.
