191,000-sf Walmart to anchor West Towne Marketplace

​​EL PASO ​​– West Towne Marketplace, a 500,000-sf shopping center currently underway​, has added a Walmart Supercenter as its third and last major anchor store.

The 191,000-sf store at I-10 and Paseo del Norte (Artcraft Rd.) will be Walmart’s 24th store in the area.

Walmart purchased the land and is developing the building, which should deliver in nine to 12 months.​

A 50,000-sf Cabela’s will be another anchor. The third major anchor will be a movie theater.

The $100 million West Towne Marketplace will be completed by October.​​​
