DALLAS – An affiliate of national homebuilder Lennar Corp. has reached its most vertical point on the development of a 23-story mixed-use tower in Dallas’ Victory Park neighborhood.
That brings LMC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lennar, one step closer to completing the 23-story, 285-apartment tower, which will include 20,000 sf of retail space on the ground floor of the tower at 2370 Victory Ave.
The tower, called The 23, will bring studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes to the Victory Park neighborhood, which has seen a resurgence of demand.
Along with typical apartment homes, The 23 will also include penthouse units on the top two floors of the apartment tower.
The developer expects to begin pre-leasing units in May 2017 with the first residents moving into the tower by the end of August 2017.
