HOUSTON – Park Place River Oaks, an 11.5-acre, 835,000-sf mixed-use project, is currently under development.
Park Place River Oaks is located between Highland Village and River Oaks District off Westheimer Rd.
The project will include two four-story buildings with two levels of below-ground parking.
The project will also include 105,000 sf of retail on the buildings’ first two levels—office tenants will occupy space in the buildings’ third and fourth floors.
The development will break ground during third quarter 2017 and should wrap up in 1Q 2019.
