HOUSTON – A partnership of Dallas-based Performance Properties LLC has acquired the 300-unit Timberwalk Apartment Homes, claiming its first asset in the area.
The 93 percent-leased property was completed in 1984 on 10.2 acres at 5635 Timber Creek Place Dr. It features 27 two- and three-story residential buildings with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 501 to 1,088 sf and 568 parking spaces.
Timberwalk Associates LP, the Performance Properties-led partnership, expects to invest $1.2 million to finish a renovation started in 2014 by the seller, Mosaic Residential Inc.
