Austin Overture curtain rising for active-adult communities

​​​​​​​​​​​AUSTIN – Called Overture, the first active-adult community, will open in July 2017 at 4818 Berkman Dr. in the Mueller development. Construction value is $28 million, according to TDLR.

The property will have 201 one-​ and two-bedroom units.

Two other Overture properties will open in 2018.

• Overture Domain, 3100 Kramer Lane, with 189 units and a five-level garage will open in spring 2018. TDLR​ construction value is $32 million.
• Overture Arboretum​, 10600 Jollyville Rd., with 170 units will open in July 2018. TDLR construction value is $26.8 million.
