SAN ANTONIO – Weston Urban, KDC, and TRT Holdings Inc. have broken ground on Frost Tower, a 460,000-sf Class A office property on Houston St.
The 23-story building will include 430,000 sf of office space, 20,000 sf of ground-floor retail, and 10,000 sf of tenant amenity space. There will also be a 400,000-sf wraparound parking facility.
Clark Construction Group LLC is the general contractor for the project, which is expected to deliver in 2019.
